Elliot Baker

Elliot Baker is an accomplished Australian Bass/Baritone who is currently featured in the Australian tour of Jesus Christ Superstar in the role of Caiaphas.

Further credits include the Australian tour of Phantom of the Opera as Don Attilio, the Handa Opera Sydney Harbour production of Phantom of the Opera as Monsiuer Lefevre and Don Attilio. Australian tour of Friends: The musical parody as a swing. Queenslands productions of Billy Elliot as George and Beautiful: The Carol King Musical as a Righteous Brother.

Outside of theatre Elliot holds a BA in Economics and Masters in Education. He teaches high school maths and has an avid interest in economic discourses.

Natalie Ireland

Natalie is an international freelance performer and all-round creative, specialising in immersive theatre and improvising within a narrative. 

After graduating from the University of Hull with a Bachelor of Arts in Drama and Theatre Practice, she went on to perform for some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry, in many locations across the globe.

Skilled in many disciplines, Natalie is also a costumier, writer, model and singer, meaning her career so far has been varied and exciting… and she’s only just getting started!

Holly Hylton

Next up on @artistavenuepodcast we have the wonderful Holly Hylton join us for the mini seasonal special series! ( @holly_hylton )

 

✨ Holly Hylton came to Hamburg directly from New York. She studied acting in NYC according to the Standford-Meisner method and has had the opportunity to perform on stages all over the world.

🎭 She has appeared in the German Stage Entertainment productions of Elisabeth, Sister Act, Phantom of the Opera, Love Never Dies and Kinky Boots. Most recently she played the role of "Kathy Wigman” in the World premier of Ralph Siegel’s musical, Zeppelin. 

🇺🇸 She’s been on tour throughout America and Europe, appeared in off- and off-off-Broadway productions in NYC as well as in regional theatre productions around the USA. 

🎥 Furthermore, she works in commercials, independent films, as a live moderator and has experience in the field of on-camera industrial teleprompter work and voice overs.

👩‍🏫 In addition to her work as an actress, she taught role work and song interpretation at the Joop van den Ende Academy in Hamburg and currently teaches at the North German Musical Academy. 

🎤 Holly also teaches the professional child actors in the German Broadway productions of “Tina”- Das Tina Turner Musical and Disney’s, Frozen - The Musical. 

🎶 She is the founder and teacher of her "Meisner with Music,” “Meisner with Monologues” and “Meisnering yourSELF” online and in-person master classes. Holly is also one of the original co-founders of the EDUtainment Production Company, BitArt Productions as well as Managing School Director at the Stagecoach Performing Arts Schools in Hamburg and Berlin.

💟 Holly's best role to date is being the mother of a little girl, who is her radiant Joie.

Madeleine Corliss

Madeleine is an actor, Shamanic Energy Healer and Somatic Based Coach. She has performed in NYC and across the USA in roles such as Roxie Hart in Chicago, Blanche in Bonnie and Clyde, and Amber in Hairspray. She was also a semi-finalist in Broadway.com’s The Search For Roxie. When she is not performing or auditioning, I run my company The Energy Studio, which specializes in working with creative individuals (entrepreneurs, performers, designers etc) to help them unblock their creative careers through realigning and restrengthening their intuition and energetic system. 

Fun fact: She is also a cat mom and lover of campfires!

Empowered Artist Collective is a community dedicated to uplifiting women & non-binary artists in a supportive space to expand their life and business skills beyond their craft and create a sustainable career in the arts. 

 

EAC offerings includes an incubator program for an intimate cohort which entails a Weekend Workshop, Community Calls, Art Shares, Panels and more. The Panels are open to the general EAC community, as well.

Chloé Noble

Chloé is a professional actress, dancer and expressive art teacher from France currently living and working in New York City. 

 

She trained in theatre studies at the Sorbonne University in Paris, obtained a BA in dance from the University Paris 8 Saint Denis and at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City. 

 

She worked and apprenticed at the Tamalpa Institute in California with the renowned choreographer Anna Halprin and her daughter Daria Halprin, somatic-expressive performing artist, author and teacher.

 

In 2013 Chloé co-founded the the french branch of their school in France: Tamalpa France where she taught for over six years. 

 

In 2020 Chloé worked on several productions under Resonance Artistique Collective, an LLC she created with two artists peers during the COVID-19 pandemic and run shows with the Brooklynite company Molière in the Park.

Charley Magalit

Charley Magalit is an alumna of the University of the Philippines College of Music, VoiceDepartment.

She has been performing locally and internationally for musical theatre and opera productions since 2009, working with both professional and university-based companies.

She worked for the Walt Disney company for more than 3 years, initially as a main stage performer on the Disney Cruise Line and then as a lead vocalist in Hong Kong Disneyland.

She took her Masters in Music Theatre at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama under the University of London, and graduated with distinction. Shortly after graduation, she made her debut during the national tour of Cat In The Hat where she captivated different generations of audiences all over the United Kingdom.

She was last seen on stage for the UK tour of Amélie the Musical where she was the cover for the title role.

When Charley is not performing she teaches Musical theatre and Voice privately.

Matt Powell

Matt (they/he) is a director, producer, video designer/editor & queer artist working predominantly in Musical & Queer Theatre.

Over the past seven years, Matt has created & produced an array of film & theatrical experiences through digital performances, community projects and youth productions. Their practice combines cinematic, scenographic styles with embodied movement & music to create visual spectacles. They are passionate about reimagining classics and amplifying new musicals.

 

Matt is a 2020 graduate of the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, with a first class honours degree in Theatre Practice: Performance Arts. During their studies, they became the first student to work for MA Music Theatre as Assistant Director supporting the public productions of the 2019 & 2020 cohort. They have also regularly assisted Adam Lenson on various new musicals.

 

Matt produces a variety of theatrical experiences through MPTheatricals. As Creative Producer, Matt supports and creates innovative new musicals & LGBTQ+ driven work both onstage and online in a variety of media forms.

 

Alongside directing and producing, Matt is a video designer and editor. Highly skilled in the Adobe suite, they have designed engaging overlays for live performances, edited full length digital performances & bespoke projects & designed projected sets & visuals for various shows. Recent designs include PUBLIC DOMAIN & SHIFT+ALT+RIGHT.

 

As a queer identifying practitioner, Matt has a passionate interest and commitment to developing LGBTQ work. They have directed and produced a majority queer portfolio of productions and projects & frequently support queer writers and artists. In addition to their work in theatre, they are an emerging queer artist. Performing as Anatomy, they use drag to explore their genderqueer identity in a colourful array of characters.

 

Matt's artistic mission is to create excellent music driven entertainment, support artists, amplify LGBTQ+ voices and celebrate all aspects of their own & others identities.
